What if I have an issue while out on delivery?

If you have an issue while on active delivery (for instance, if you need more funds on your Postmates Prepaid Card or there's a problem with the order), you can raise an issue straight from your app. 

  • Tap on "View Pickup Info"

  • Tap the "Support" button

  • Select any relevant issues and follow any prompts

It's that easy!
